Refund & Return Policy – Nooriex

At Nooriex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Used kitchen items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash if applicable.

Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged product was sent by us.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
